The Radar Systems Engineering team within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into robust radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your analytic and communication skills to assess system performance through detailed modeling and simulations. The position involves representing the organization on contracts, interfacing with government lab partners and senior leadership, and automating repeatable tasks to drive efficiency.
