The Role
This position serves as a strategic bridge between the business and our suppliers. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and coordinating solution implementations to ensure seamless operations. The role focuses on facilitating effective communication and enhancing internal processes through innovation and continuous improvement. You will ensure contractual and commercial compliance throughout the lifecycle of assigned supplier agreements, acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage suppliers throughout the entire contract lifecycle including creation, review, negotiation, and termination
- check_circleDefine supplier service levels and enforce performance assessment criteria and consequences
- check_circleCollaborate with analysts to monitor supplier performance and report to executive audiences
- check_circleLead performance and business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- check_circleFacilitate training for suppliers on business systems and tools
- check_circleNegotiate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve optimal company positions and mitigate risks
- check_circleMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while resolving disputes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, or related area
- verifiedStrong Microsoft 365 (Office) Suite skills
- verifiedAbility to travel approximately 10%
