About the Role
This position serves as a strategic bridge between the business and material suppliers, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and coordinating solution implementations. The role exists to enhance internal processes through innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring contractual and commercial compliance throughout the lifecycle of supplier agreements. You will act as a consultant and guide for both internal stakeholders and external partners, navigating the complexities of the supply chain to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage material suppliers throughout the entire contract lifecycle including creation, review, negotiation, and renewal
- check_circleDefine supplier service levels and enforce performance assessment criteria with clear consequences for poor performance
- check_circleCollaborate with Supplier Analysts to monitor performance, report to executives, and implement corrective actions
- check_circleLead performance and business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders at regular intervals
- check_circleNegotiate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve optimal company positions and mitigate performance risks
- check_circleFacilitate training for suppliers on business systems and tools to ensure operational alignment
- check_circleCoordinate material lifecycle activities including forecasting, production alignment, shipping, and warranty processes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, or related area
- verifiedStrong Microsoft 365 (Office) Suite and project management skills
- verifiedAbility to travel approximately 10%
