You will join the Supply Chain team at OneCHRISTUS, a key member of the organization dedicated to ensuring ministries follow Corporate Supply Chain directives. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence across receiving, warehouse, distribution, inventory, and usage control functions. The team is responsible for contract compliancy, Infor system integrity, and charging compliance, ensuring that the organization's supply and equipment inventory is managed with precision and accountability.
As a pivotal leader within the department, you will hold 24-hour accountability for the team's operations. This position requires the ability to perform tasks across the Supply Chain Technician, Senior Technician, and Technician Lead levels, serving as a versatile resource for central supply, receiving, and distribution functions.
Your day-to-day involves overseeing ERP processes, managing Master INFOR modules (including Par Specialist, Purchasing Receiver, and Inventory Management), and running weekly inventory valuations and reports. You will review item usage to recommend inventory level changes, assist with annual inventory counts and variance resolution, and monitor stock rotation to prevent expiration. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor local MM teams, evaluate associate performance, and collaborate on cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
This role demands a high level of adaptability, requiring you to operate effectively in a complex, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You will interact with hospital executives, present findings effectively, and manage relationships with people in various states of emotion. Occasional long or irregular hours, including nights and weekends, may be required to meet operational needs.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative thinking, along with excellent communication skills. The selection process will focus on identifying individuals with demonstrated leadership qualities, human relations skills, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
