Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide operational supervision for HCBS assessor staff conducting in-home assessments
- check_circleConduct face-to-face assessments to determine eligibility for the Mi Via Waiver program
- check_circleUtilize Vineland Adaptive Behavior Assessment tools to evaluate functional domains
- check_circleCoordinate and schedule assessments with participants and caregivers
- check_circleDocument assessment results accurately within required timelines
- check_circleEnsure compliance with Medicaid policies, program requirements, and documentation standards
- check_circleSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- check_circleDeliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree (AA/AS) in social work, psychology, behavioral health, nursing, or related field
- verified2+ years of experience in social services, nursing, or related field
- verifiedValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Licensure in a mental health or related discipline. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Experience with Medicaid programs and policies. Experience with Vineland assessment tools or similar. 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
