About the Role
As a Supervisor, Fulfillment, you will join a forward-thinking, high-performing team that is shaping the future of collectible printing. In this hands-on operations role, you will oversee fulfillment activities within our fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
You will lead fulfillment staff, support daily operations, and help drive efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the department. Your work will directly impact the delivery of globally recognized products, ensuring that our operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives are executed seamlessly. At MPG, your leadership makes a tangible difference in how we serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and support daily fulfillment operations including shipping, receiving, and order processing
- check_circleMonitor operational performance to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery standards are achieved
- check_circleProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to fulfillment team members
- check_circleManage scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, QMS standards, and company policies
- check_circleResolve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining workflow efficiency
- check_circlePartner with department leadership to execute operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution operations
- verifiedWorking knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment equipment, and warehouse management systems
- verifiedStrong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Continuous improvement or ISO/OSHA experience.
