- check_circleImport deposits and EDI files for automated payment posting
- check_circleDevelop mechanisms for accurate insurance and patient payment posting
- check_circleResolve problems concerning recording of services rendered
- check_circlePrepare and maintain records and reports on payment posting
- check_circleRespond to customer inquiries regarding financial assistance
- check_circleMonitor payment posting compliance and handle refund requests
- check_circleOversee daily operations ensuring regulatory compliance
- check_circleManage personnel including training and performance evaluation
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified3+ years directly related work experience in a medical environment
- verified1+ year supervisory experience
- verifiedExperience in cash applications in a healthcare setting
- verifiedPermanent address in New Mexico or willingness to relocate
