Launch Math + Science Centers provide K through 7th grade kids with inspiring STEM-based summer camps. Our mission is to inspire children to love and learn math and science. We are passionate and creative people dedicated to fostering that curiosity in the next generation.
We are hiring Summer 2026 STEM Camp Counselors + Instructors to lead our weeklong camps. These programs cover diverse themes ranging from coding and biology to aviation and electronics. Camps are divided into three grade groups: K-1st, 2nd to 4th, and 5th to 7th grades. Many of our camps also feature an outdoor component where kids participate in traditional camp activities alongside math and science-based outdoor projects.
As an Instructor, you will facilitate engaging sessions in topics such as Coding (Scratch, Scratch Jr., Python), Game Design, Biology, Electronics, Physics, Aviation/Aerospace, and Marine Biology. You will not need to create lesson plans, as all curriculum and class materials are provided. Your focus will be on building hands-on projects with kids and bringing the material to life.
We receive a high volume of resumes and are unable to respond to all applicants. If we feel that your qualifications are a good fit for this role, we will reach out with information regarding next steps.
