In this position, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and builders to navigate the complexities of residential projects. Your day-to-day work involves developing structural layouts, plans, and calculations, as well as preparing construction documents ready for permitting across North Carolina jurisdictions. Beyond the drafting table, you will conduct site inspections and provide essential consultation support, ensuring all work adheres to applicable building codes and safety standards.
