About the Role
We are a highly respected structural engineering firm seeking a Structural Building Restoration Engineer to join our design team. This role is ideal for a professional with 4 to 15 years of experience in structural building design, specifically within mid-rise and high-rise projects involving concrete and steel structures.
In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of existing structures. A key component of the work involves navigating Local Law 11 requirements, ensuring all restoration and design efforts meet strict regulatory standards. You will serve as a central point of coordination, working closely with mechanical, electrical, and other trades to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into broader building systems.
