This is a 6-month onsite contract (with possible extension) for a Structural Analysis Engineer based in Everett, WA. The role is critical to ensuring the safety and integrity of aircraft throughout their operational life. You will apply advanced structural analysis methods to both metallic and composite structures, verifying that designs meet rigorous fail-safety, durability, and damage tolerance requirements.
In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups to define the product environment. Your work will involve utilizing analytical methods and finite element models (FEA) to develop structural characteristics and performance data. A key component of the role is documenting certification and test results to substantiate compliance for customers and regulatory agencies.
