Role Summary

We are looking for an Executive Underwriter to lead complex underwriting initiatives for key accounts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in commercial bond underwriting, paired with exceptional organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the underwriting process for complex commercial bond accounts, ensuring accurate risk assessment and pricing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and refine product strategies.

• Maintain full compliance with all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Manage account relationships and provide strategic guidance on underwriting decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in commercial bond underwriting.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex underwriting scenarios.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $132,200 – $257,100 per year, commensurate with experience.
