About the Role
The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing the complete operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by strategically controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and leading human resources efforts. The Store Manager is also accountable for all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
To succeed in this position, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess prior retail management experience. The role involves a dynamic physical environment, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
