About the Role
As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring store policies and practices are implemented, while monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, fostering an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality. This role requires a strong work ethic, high standards for integrity, and the ability to build a successful team through an environment of trust.
