About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and assist with daily retail store operations. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for our customers. You will serve as the face of Goodwill, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions.

In this position, you will play a key part in the retail lifecycle, from greeting customers and answering their questions to processing payments and bagging items. You will also be involved in the unique operational aspects of a thrift store, including tagging and pricing donated items, sorting donations, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for all visitors.
