About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and assist with daily retail operations. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for our customers while supporting our mission through the processing of donations and merchandise.

As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and providing exceptional service. Your day-to-day activities will include operating the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and processing sales transactions accurately. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer questions about products, and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

In addition to customer-facing duties, you will play a key role in the back-of-house operations. This includes stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. You may also assist with accepting donations from the community, sorting donated items, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. By following store procedures for handling donations and pricing, you help ensure that our inventory is ready for customers.
