About the Role

Goodwill is seeking Store Clerks / Cashiers to assist with retail store operations, customer service, and processing sales transactions. This position is integral to maintaining a clean and organized store environment while supporting the organization's mission through the handling of donations and merchandise.

Day in the Life

As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for operating the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and assisting customers with purchases. Your day will involve answering customer questions, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and tagging and pricing donated items. You will also assist with accepting donations, sorting donated items, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Employees must follow store procedures for handling donations, pricing merchandise, and operating the register.
