About the Role

Goodwill is seeking Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations and customer service efforts. This position is essential for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient store environment where community members can find quality merchandise while supporting our mission.

Day in the Life

As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. Your day will involve processing sales transactions accurately using the cash register, handling both cash and card payments, and bagging items for customers. Beyond the register, you will keep the sales floor looking its best by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. You will also assist in accepting and sorting donations, helping prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized throughout your shift.
