About the Role
Goodwill is seeking dedicated Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations and community mission. This position is central to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions and the efficient handling of donated goods.
As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. Your day-to-day activities involve operating the cash register, handling various payment methods, and bagging items. Beyond the register, you will contribute to the store's organization by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging and pricing donated merchandise. You will also assist in accepting and sorting donations, helping prepare items for the sales floor, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.
