About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and assist with daily retail store operations. This role is central to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find what they need.
Your day-to-day activities will involve operating the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and bagging items. You will also play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and organization by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. Additionally, you may assist with accepting donations, sorting donated items, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. This position requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to follow store procedures for handling donations and operating the register.
