About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and assist with daily retail store operations. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for our customers. You will serve as the face of Goodwill, ensuring that every visitor has a positive experience while supporting the operational backbone of the store.

As a Store Clerk, you will play a key role in processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and assisting customers with their purchases. Beyond the register, you will help maintain the store's organization and appearance by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and tagging and pricing donated items. Your efforts directly contribute to the success of our retail operations and the funding of our community programs.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will greet customers warmly, answer questions about products and donations, and help maintain a clean and organized sales floor. You may also assist with accepting and sorting donations, preparing merchandise for display, and ensuring that all store procedures for handling donations and pricing are followed accurately.
