About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and play a vital role in our retail operations. This position is more than just processing transactions; it is an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the mission of Goodwill. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment.

As a Store Clerk, you will handle a variety of tasks that keep our stores running smoothly. Your day-to-day activities will include operating the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and bagging items for customers. You will also assist with stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. Additionally, you may help accept and sort donations, preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store will contribute to a positive experience for both customers and donors.
