Store Clerk/Cashier

About the Role

Goodwill is seeking dedicated Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations and customer service efforts. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of our stores, ensuring that donated items are processed efficiently, and providing a welcoming experience for every visitor.

As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. You will handle sales transactions, process payments, and answer questions about our merchandise. Beyond the register, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items.

This role also involves supporting our mission by accepting and sorting donations, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and ensuring that all donated goods are handled with care. You will follow established store procedures for pricing, donation handling, and register operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
