About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our team and assist with daily retail store operations. This role is central to the customer experience, focusing on providing exceptional service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that our donation processing and merchandise presentation reflect the high standards of our mission.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our stores running smoothly. Your day-to-day activities will include operating the cash register, handling cash and card payments, and processing transactions efficiently. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide a friendly greeting to every visitor. Additionally, you will help maintain the store's appearance by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.

A significant part of the role involves working with donations. You will assist in accepting donations from the public, sorting donated items, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. This includes tagging and pricing donated items according to store procedures. By following these procedures, you help ensure that our merchandise is accurately priced and ready for customers.
