About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of Goodwill, playing a vital part in our retail operations and customer service efforts. Your primary focus will be on processing sales transactions, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

You will interact with a diverse range of customers and community members, helping to process donations that support our broader social services. Whether you are handling cash and card payments, answering questions, or organizing merchandise, your work directly supports the sustainability of our programs.

What You Will Do

As a Store Clerk or Cashier, you will engage in a variety of daily activities that keep our stores running smoothly. You will operate cash registers, handle payments, and bag items for customers. Beyond the register, you will assist with stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. You may also help accept and sort donations, preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Maintaining a clean and organized store is a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.
