Store Clerk/Cashier

About the Role

Goodwill is seeking Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations. This position is central to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases while maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of customer interaction and operational tasks. You will operate the cash register, handle various payment methods, and assist customers with questions. Beyond the register, you will help maintain the store's appearance by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and tagging merchandise. You may also assist with accepting and sorting donated items, preparing them for the sales floor, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
