Store Clerk/Cashier

About the Role

Goodwill is seeking dedicated Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations. This position is central to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of customer interaction and operational tasks. You will operate the cash register, handle various payment methods, and assist customers with questions and bagging items. Beyond the register, you will contribute to store organization by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and tagging merchandise. You will also assist in accepting and sorting donated items, preparing them for the sales floor, and helping maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
