About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Store Clerks and Cashiers to join our retail team. This role is essential to our daily operations, serving as the face of Goodwill to our community. You will play a key part in processing sales transactions, managing donations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You Will Experience

In this position, you will be actively involved in the heart of our store operations. Your day will involve interacting with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and answering questions about our merchandise and donation processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the store by stocking shelves, organizing racks, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting.

Additionally, you will assist in the processing of donated items, which includes sorting, tagging, and pricing merchandise before it reaches the sales floor. This role offers opportunities for growth, with potential advancement into leadership positions such as Shift Supervisor or Store Manager for those who demonstrate dedication and performance.
