Store Clerk/Cashier

About the Role

Goodwill is seeking dedicated Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations. This position is central to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of Goodwill, greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and answering questions to create a positive shopping experience.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will operate the cash register, handling both cash and card payments, and bagging items for customers. Beyond the register, you will contribute to the store's organization by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and tagging merchandise. You will also assist in accepting and sorting donated items, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and helping maintain a clean and organized store environment.
