Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. Your responsibilities also extend to the sales floor and backroom. You will be involved in stocking shelves, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and unloading deliveries. This may include operating pallet jacks and organizing merchandise to maintain store presentation standards. You will also help keep the store clean and efficient, supporting the overall operation of the location.
