About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support for daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This position serves as a multifaceted role within the store, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Associates are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed. This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based wage increases. Some locations may also offer shift differential pay for early morning stocking shifts.
