About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, ensuring items are scanned quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions with precision. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
Your responsibilities also extend to the back-of-house and sales floor. You will be involved in stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is always well-presented. This may include unloading deliveries, organizing pallets, and operating pallet jacks. Cleaning and maintaining store areas are also key components of the role, helping to keep the environment safe and inviting for both customers and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour. In addition to the base wage, there are opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based wage increases. Some locations may also offer shift differential pay for early morning stocking shifts.
