About the Role

Whole Foods Market is seeking dedicated to supporting store operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment for both customers and team members. As a Stocker or Warehouse Worker, you play a vital role in the daily flow of the store, ensuring that products are fresh, properly labeled, and readily available on the shelves. You will work in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment, collaborative setting where attention to detail and physical stamina are key to success.

Day in the Life

Your day typically begins with receiving deliveries and unloading trucks, where you will break down pallets and move inventory to the backroom or directly to the sales floor. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and displays, rotating products according to company procedures, ensuring that inventory is organized and labeled correctly. A significant part of your role involves rotating products to maintain freshness and quality standards. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the backroom and sales floor, adhering to all safety guidelines. Depending on store needs, you may work early morning, overnight, or in backroom receiving roles. While your primary focus is on stock and warehouse duties, you may occasionally assist customers when needed.
