About the Role

As a Stocker or Warehouse Worker, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, our backroom inventory is organized, and our store remains a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail and warehouse environment, where applicable, warehouse setting, you will be responsible for the physical flow of goods from delivery to the sales floor. Your day typically involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, and breaking down pallets to receive deliveries. You will then move inventory to the sales floor, stockroom and organize backroom inventory to ensure efficient restocking.

A key part of your responsibility is maintaining product freshness and quality. This includes rotating inventory on the shelves and displays, labeling products accurately, and ensuring that all items are presented according to company stocking procedures. You will also assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization standards, which may include cleaning up spills or organizing work areas.

While the core duties remain consistent, the specific nature of your shift may vary. Depending on store needs, you may work early morning, overnight, or in backroom receiving roles. In these varied shifts, you will continue to support store operations by ensuring that the sales floor is ready for customers and that inventory levels are maintained.
