About the Role

Whole Foods Market is seeking dedicated Stockers and Warehouse Workers to play a vital role in our store operations. This position is essential for ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, our inventory is organized, and our customers have access to the highest quality products. As a Stocker, you will be the backbone of the store's logistics, working in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment to support the overall customer experience.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of physical and organizational tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, which includes unloading trucks and breaking down pallets. From there, you will move inventory to the sales floor, stock shelves and displays, and rotate products to ensure freshness. A significant part of the role involves organizing backroom inventory, labeling products accurately, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and safety. You may also assist customers when needed, bridging the gap between warehouse operations and customer service.

Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that different shifts serve different needs. Depending on store requirements, you may work early morning, overnight, or in backroom receiving roles. This flexibility allows us to keep our operations running efficiently around the clock. While specific shift details are determined by location needs, the role offers opportunities for shift differential pay for overnight work, as well as overtime and holiday pay where applicable.
