About the Role

Walmart is seeking Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing backroom bins, and preparing the store for customers. Associates play a key part in unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, and keeping both the backroom and sales floor organized and clean.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including unloading deliveries, rotating inventory, building displays, and labeling products. You may use pallet jacks, carts, and inventory systems to move and track merchandise throughout the store. Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking shelves and preparing the store for opening while it is closed.
