About the Role

Walmart is seeking Stockers, Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing backroom bins, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized for customers.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for unloading trucks, sorting and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and preparing items for the sales floor. You may use pallet jacks, carts, and inventory systems to move and track merchandise throughout the store. Your work directly impacts the customer experience by keeping shelves stocked and the store clean and organized.

Overnight stockers focus on stocking shelves and preparing the store for opening while the store is closed.
