About the Role

Walmart is seeking Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing backroom bins, and preparing the store for customers.

Associates are responsible for unloading trucks, sorting and organizing merchandise in the backroom, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, building displays, and labeling products. The position involves using pallet jacks, carts, and inventory systems to move and track merchandise throughout the store. Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking shelves and preparing the store for opening while it is closed, ensuring a fresh and organized environment for the next day's shoppers.
