About the Role
Walmart is seeking Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring merchandise is available and organized for customers. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping both the backroom and sales floor clean and organized.
Day in the Life
Associates are responsible for a variety of tasks including unloading trucks, sorting and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and stocking shelves. You will rotate inventory, build displays, label products, and use tools such as pallet jacks, carts, and inventory systems to move and track merchandise throughout the store.
Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking shelves and preparing the store for opening while it is closed.
