About the Role

Walmart is seeking Stockers, Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized for customers.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and stocking shelves. You will also rotate inventory, build displays, label products, and keep both the backroom and sales floor organized. Depending on the shift, overnight stockers focus on stocking shelves and preparing the store for opening while the store is closed.
