Behind every successful surgical procedure is a team dedicated to protecting patients before an operation even begins. Sterile Processing Technicians are the guardians of patient safety, ensuring surgical instruments, equipment, and environments are clean, sterile, organized, and ready when they matter most.
If you take pride in precision, enjoy hands-on work, and want to make a real impact in healthcare, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate care for all, while our vision is to reimagine healthcare through connection, service, and innovation. We live by our core values: Be Kind, Trust and Be Trusted, Work Together, and Strive for Excellence.
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical and procedural teams. Your work involves the decontamination, sterilization, inspection, assembly, and distribution of surgical instruments and trays. This is an active, fast-paced role that combines technical skill, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical movement throughout the shift. Every tray you assemble and every instrument you sterilize helps protect patients and supports life-changing procedures.
This position is physically active. Team members regularly push and pull large instrument carts, lift trays and equipment, and stand and move throughout the shift. The environment requires stamina, organization, and a commitment to quality in a high-performing healthcare setting.
We offer a collaborative team environment where dedicated professionals take pride in patient safety and high standards of care. No prior sterile processing experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and support your professional development. Join a team that values your contribution to patient safety and offers comprehensive benefits, including competitive compensation and wellness-focused perks.
All job offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment screening, which includes a criminal background check, reference checks, drug screening, health and immunizations screening, and a physical demand review.
