About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. This is a remote role designed for professionals passionate about transforming the delivery of accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care in the substance use disorder space.
In this position, you will provide direct patient care for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), substance use, and other psychiatric disorders through both in-person and telemedicine modalities. You will work closely with the Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services.
Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to a unique culture that values mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical behavior, and collaboration. You will also participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives and ensure that all medical care and documentation comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards.
