As a Pharmacist at Sam's Club, you will provide comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members on their healthcare and medication needs. This role is vital to ensuring that members receive safe, effective, and personalized care while maintaining strict confidentiality of controlled medications and required documentation.
Beyond clinical duties, you will model and enforce proper member service approaches, ensuring that member needs, complaints, and issues are resolved successfully within company guidelines. You will also oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews, implementing action plans to maintain compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
