About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead Integration and Test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. As an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer, you will provide advanced technical contributions to developing and documenting test plans, integrating system hardware and software components, and evaluating test results. You will drive issues to resolution, perform requirements verification and validation, and provide hands-on engineering support during formal acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis.
You will thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role requires a deep subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and test through all phases of the system lifecycle, alongside knowledge of hardware and software development processes. There is potential for domestic and/or international travel.
