About the Role
This position is for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer who will provide leadership to integration, test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. You will perform the design, analysis, and requirements verification of high-performance radar systems in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
You will thrive in a collaborative and agile setting where you find beauty in numbers, patterns, and logic. Your work will involve developing and documenting integration and test plans, integrating system hardware and software components, and evaluating test results. During formal acceptance testing, you will provide hands-on engineering support, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive issues to resolution and perform system sell-off.
