About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead Integration and Test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. You will provide advanced technical contributions to the development and documentation of test plans and procedures, integrating system hardware and software components, and evaluating test results. The role involves investigating discrepancies, providing technical assessments of anomalies, and driving issues to resolution while performing requirements verification and validation.

During formal acceptance testing, you will provide hands-on engineering support, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. This role requires a strong subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and test through all phases of the system lifecycle, as well as knowledge in related disciplines such as hardware and/or software development. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to solve complex problems using algebra, vector math, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
