About the Role
This position is for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer who will provide leadership to integration, test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, performing the design, analysis, and requirements verification of high-performance radar systems.
You will find beauty in numbers, patterns, and logic, using algebra, vector math, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics to solve complex problems. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and agile setting. You will lead the development of integration and test plans, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution. During formal acceptance testing, you will provide hands-on engineering support, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis.
