About the Role
This position is for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer who will provide leadership to integration, test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. You will find beauty in numbers, patterns, and logic, thriving in a collaborative and agile environment where you use algebra, vector math, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics to solve complex problems.
In this role, you will perform the design, analysis, and requirements verification of high-performance radar systems. You will lead the development and documentation of integration and test plans, integrate system hardware and software components, and evaluate test results. Your day-to-day will involve investigating discrepancies, providing technical assessments of anomalies, driving issues to resolution, and performing requirements verification and validation. During formal acceptance testing, you will provide hands-on engineering support, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis.
