Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direction to planners, schedulers, and Project Managers for effective schedule development and execution
- check_circleManage priority emergent work and coordinate forced outage activities as required
- check_circleEvaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports
- check_circleCoach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization and CEC personnel
- check_circleDirect and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work weeks to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules
- check_circleOversee work week schedule execution to minimize safety challenges and maintain online risk profiles
- check_circleCollaborate across organizational boundaries with Project Managers to resolve schedule conflicts
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience
- verifiedSupervisory or managerial experience
- verifiedDemonstrated leadership abilities in Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, Maintenance FLS, Engineering, or work management exempt supervisory position
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
- verifiedStrong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge
- verifiedCurrent or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- verifiedEngineering or Technical Degree
