The Senior Work Week Manager serves as a critical leader in directing the development and execution of detailed plans for corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications. This role leverages prior supervisory or managerial experience to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the work week schedule.
During the execution week, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures. You will cross organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers, resolving conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. A key part of this role involves coaching and mentoring members of the Work Management and CEC personnel to help meet fleet and CEC goals.
Please note that this is not an automatic progression position for Work Week Managers; CECs fill these Senior Work Week Manager positions based on business need, requiring former supervisory or managerial experience.
